Right on this site started up its activity OrtoCori, resuming and making its own the masterly art of preserving vegetables both in oil and pickled, rediscovering typical delicious local recipes.

OrtoCori cooperates directly with selected farms of the Pontine area which from time immemorial have been growing vegetables of varieties typical of this area, like Artichockes and Gaeta Olives. The strict selection of the ingredients used and the special attention paid to all production phases guarantee the high quality and genuinity of OrtoCori products. Thanks to the specific choice to use truly fresh season vegetables, harvested in their natural ripening phase, OrtoCori products reach the consumer’s table keeping all their taste, firmness and nutritive values unaltered.

Among OrtoCori’s several successful products a special mention goes to the Oscar obtained for the “Carciofetta alla Romana” as the best ready-to-eat dish, a prestigious prize which OrtoCori has been awarded by A.I.D.A. (International Association for Food Distribution) in 1996 during the CIBUS exhibition in Parma (I). OrtoCori’s wide product range includes a great number of successful products like those belonging to the innovative “Primizie” line or to the evergreen “Specialità alla Brace”.

OrtoCori has obtained for quite a time the UNI EN ISO 9001 quality certification, a prestige mark which is synonym of guarantee and transparency to dealers and even more to consumers.
