It appeared that "the fire" are made with the same ingredients and the same way the ancient Italian culinary traditions.
Fresh vegetables freshly picked from the fields, after being scalded in a specific tanning, are roasted on the grid, thus obtaining a product dry and consistent, maintaining taste, flavor and fiber lives and fragrant.
Prepared within a day and stored in sunflower oil, (as neutral and delicate than others) not to alter the original flavor of the vegetables are then enriched with a special sauce made of herbs and extra virgin olive oil.
No more that this method of work and quality of raw materials, makes these products unique specialties, only strong emotions stirred by the richness of taste that consumers recognize for years in all products OrtoCori.
For submission of articles, was created a modern and attractive packaging, superior detail. In particular for the retail line was used a vessel called "Antipastiera" that because of its particular shape can be served at the table.
The "grilled specialties" is composed of eight references: artichokes, aubergines, mushrooms, peppers, onions, zucchini, tomatoes and squash.
